TA Service is provided online from the Paulmar remote office location. TA Service software application is downloaded and installed on the agency computer. A special source document folder, also located on the agency computer, will be used by the agency personnel to save source documents and by service professionals to process them. TA Service professionals will have access only to the TA source document folder; all other agency data will be password protected and remain unreachable by the service providers.

The service interface communication between agency personnel and service professionals will take place through messages to be placed in the source document folder.
