TA Service will manage (1) transacted premiums and endorsements until they are received and deposited in the trust bank account, (2) agency commission transfer to the operating account, (3) company remittance, (4) return premium credit and refunds. TA Service will manage both agency-bill and direct-bill accounts. It will also calculate and monitor agency producer commissions (payable out of the agency operating account). TA Service produces comprehensive production and financial reports agency personnel can generate and print as needed.
